Healthcare Quality Collective

The MAHQ Education Team is dedicated to cultivating strong partnerships with healthcare quality and safety leaders across the state of Michigan and the country. These collaborations provide MAHQ members with access to comprehensive, high-caliber educational programs, providing continuing education that supports ongoing professional growth in the field of healthcare quality.

In 2020, the Arizona Association for Healthcare Quality (AzAHQ) and the Oregon Association for Healthcare Quality (OrAHQ) began collaborating in a continuing education webinar reciprocity agreement.   Other associations were invited to participate and MAHQ joined the collective in 2021.  There are now nine state or regional associations collaborating nationwide in the Healthcare Quality Collective (HQC).

MAHQ’s participation in the HQC allows active members of all participating HQC associations complimentary access to continuing education webinars. Each association provides, at a minimum, four hours of continuing education credit annually. Each webinar is pre-approved by NAHQ for CPHQ recertification CE. MAHQ is pleased to maintain this partnership, offering our members complimentary webinars every year. As a result, active MAHQ members can access annual webinars at no cost, earning up to at least 36 hours of continuing education credits toward their CPHQ recertification.
