Crises come in many sizes and shapes, but they are all equally important to an organization no matter its size. Small can quickly become big, and big can quickly become massive. The need to respond and communicate is immediate when an emergency occurs. Many different audiences must be reached with information specific to their interests and needs. Every business should have a prepared, physical crisis response, communication, and management plan, no matter the industry or the size of the organization.
For organizations that operate in heavily regulated economic sectors, such as life sciences, healthcare, and finance, it is a corporate responsibility and business continuation imperative. Crisis response plans and protocols can help an organization react quickly and accurately during an emergency. It can also help the organization protect its reputation, customer loyalty, employee satisfaction and retention, and a plethora of other important factors which can impact sales and revenue.
Join Julie Janeway, MSA, JD and Linda Weirauch, MSN, RN, CPHQ on Thursday, February 20 at 12 PM - 2 PM EST to share in a lively and interactive discussion about the importance of crisis management assessment and response, but also best practices and tools to ensure your own organization is prepared.
